E-commerce UX Design

While working in e-commerce UX design, I had an opportunity to work on more than 30 projects with an amazing team, leading the way to a better UX.

“Her problem-solving and organizational skills, professionalism, and extensive UX knowledge make her the ideal candidate for any UX design or product design position or project.”

Carpool - App design

The story of this project begins in late 2022 when we formed our awesome team of 3 developers, a graphic designer, and me - a UX designer.

Then we started our mission impossible - to reduce the misery of parents. And everyone around them.

Well, at least in the morning traffic jams. Reduce the traffic jams as well, for that matter. And we made it possible. Because the team indeed was awesome.

Checkout redesign

Are you a business owner, who wants to optimize an e-commerce checkout?

Of course not. You’re probably a hiring manager, bored to death looking at endless portfolios and case studies.

But no matter who you are, you probably had your fair share of experiences with e-commerce checkouts. This project is about improving this extremely important step of any user’s journey.

Improving Filters’ usability

Did you know that there are still e-commerce sites where a user has to spend around 5 minutes to use a single filter [dramatic pause to gasp and maybe even say “oh heavens” in an accent of a British lady]?

And there are sites like these even among the biggest players in e-commerce. I can show you an example.

Product Page redesign

Ah, the product page. The place where all the magic and beauty happen. Unless it doesn’t.

Poorly made product pages can lead to low sales, increased returns, bad accessibility, and a whole bunch of other NOT magical things. So let me take you on a journey from a poorly made product page to a better version of it.
